Pre & Post Natal Yoga
For a new mother, the postpartum period and the following months are a time of great fragility and difficulty. The entire process of gestating a child for a duration of 9 months, as well as the act of giving birth, imposes significant strain, encompassing not only physical but also emotional and mental aspects. The irregular sleep patterns and the additional responsibility of being a round-the-clock caregiver to a newborn, coupled with the physical strain from the entire pregnancy and delivery, may be exceedingly fatiguing and depleting.Our lessons are specifically designed to ensure safety and accommodate those with varying levels of experience.
