Our regular classes offer a systematic integration of āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation, and relaxation practices. Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, we provide personal guidance even within a group setting.
Our experienced teachers carefully observe and assess each student, adopting a methodical and progressive approach to practice. This ensures training is appropriately tailored to the practitioner’s capacity and needs. Emphasis is placed on the subtle dimensions of yoga—breath, awareness, and inner steadiness—allowing practitioners to derive deeper and more enduring benefits from their practice.
