Attention will be given to each and every individual.We do not encourage group classes, where a person is just copying the other.Practices will be given based on every person's need.
No, anyone who is interested in teaching yoga can join Hatha Vidya's teacher training courses. Hatha Vidya will empower you to teach you traditional yoga. The course duration will be 6 months.
Yes, ofcourse, in Hatha Vidya practices will be given based on individuals capacity. In the class the teacher will take everyone's health into consideration and give practices accordingly.
Yes, Hatha Vidya's classes progress from gross to subtle, which means a person is going to work on the body to work on the mind and it directly impacts their mental health eventually leading to stress relief. Also practitioners will be given pranayama practices and deep relaxation techniques to support their mental clarity.
