Traditional School of Yoga
At Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga, we walk this path together, grounded in tradition and committed to the transformative power of traditional yoga
If you feel that quiet pull—the longing to return to a simpler, more authentic version of yourself (and less dramasssss!!!) —know that this path is here for you, not as a destination but as a homecoming.
At Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga, we take pride in honoring the eternal wisdom of ancient yogic scriptures and teachings preserved by sages for thousands of years
This transformative practice often calls for seekers to renounce their ordinary lives, resign from work, break up with their families, and embark on a journey 3,690km away to the mystical forests of the Himalayas in search of profound truths. (Good luck buddy!)
However, you don’t have to travel far and cut all ties; you can access this invaluable knowledge at the Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga, at most 30 minutes from your home or even a stone's throw from your office.
Because this path isn't about fitting in— It's about coming home to yourself.

Yoga for Professionals
This program is designed for professionals who spend long hours sitting or standing, face high levels of daily stress, and often experience back pain, stiffness, headaches, or insomnia. Through gentle asanas (yoga poses), controlled breathing (pranayama), and guided meditation, you’ll learn to relax your body and calm your mind. With consistent practice, you’ll begin to ease physical tension, combat fatigue, and build the energy and mental resilience needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced world.
Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga
These tailored programs are designed to support women through every stage of their pregnancy journey — but more importantly, to honour the mother herself. Prenatal yoga helps ease physical discomforts, prepare the body for delivery, and create space to connect with the life growing within. But it’s also a time for the woman to turn inward, to nurture herself, and to build inner strength. Postnatal yoga supports the physical recovery after childbirth, but it goes far beyond that. Through pranayama and meditation, new mothers are given the space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect — not just with their body, but with their sense of self. Because the most important person in this journey is her.

As the name indicates, this is a course intended for serious practitioners who want to understand the subject in depth.
The Twelve-Year Yoga Sadhana program is structured to impart education in yogic science in a systematic manner. Without losing the traditional values and as inculcated by ancient sages and great masters, the original science of yoga as prescribed in the traditional yogic texts is presented to the students.
The program is systematically outlined, starting from the basics to the very advanced level of practices that are given to the practitioners based on their individual progress.
This program, which is completely individual-based and has to be practiced with discipline, helps the student unveil the hidden potential within and understand one’s own true nature.
