Yoga goes beyond poses. A path of self-discovery that integrates body, mind, and spirit.

Flow (Vinyasa): Place body parts with total awareness of motions to achieve an asana (Yoga pose) and demount with awareness to approach the base position.

Breathing (Shwasa): The coordination of respiration with the physical motions involved in achieving Yoga poses.

Maintaining the Posture (Stithi): To obtain the utmost advantages, it is essential to sustain the ultimate position of a yoga asana for a specific period of time.

Focal Point (Drishti):  Once the final Yoga position is achieved, it is crucial to concentrate on particular internal and external parts of the body.

Relaxation (Vishranti):  While executing the asanas and throughout the transitions between them, it is essential for the body to be in a state of relaxation.
