Breathing (Shwasa): The coordination of respiration with the movements of the body during the practice of achieving Yoga poses.

Maintaining the Posture (Stithi):  To obtain the utmost advantages, it is essential to sustain the ultimate position of a yoga asana for a specific period of time.

Focal Point (Drishti):  Once the final Yoga posture has been achieved, it is crucial to concentrate on particular internal and external points of the body.
