We conduct periodic Workshops covering topics on Yoga practices that provides opportunity for the participants to gain insights on theoretical basis and practical application of the yogic practices.

There are subtle nuances that should be emphasized and applied to attain completeness in the practice of Yoga. Most of these abstruse differences are concealed in traditional Yoga texts and the others are edified from the Guru to the disciple through years of instruction and practise. We aim to introduce a birds-eye-view of these teachings to the Yoga aspirants through our workshops.

Our workshops cover various topics on the Yogic science that are relevant to yoga practioners.

Science of Breath

Pranayama—yoga's "science of breath"—controls and changes breathing to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Varying breathing techniques manage prana, the body's essential energy. This activity improves cognition, energy, and relaxation. Pranayama activates the parasympathetic nerve system, reducing tension. Tradition promotes health and harmony.

The Wheel Of Karma

Hindu and Buddhist causality is symbolized by the Wheel of Karma. The work emphasizes the need of conscious choices and morality for spiritual growth and liberation by showing how acts, intentions, and consequences affect one's life.

Insight into Asana

Asanas are specific bodily postures used in yoga to improve physical strength, flexibility, and balance. They boost physical well-being, improve mental acuity, and foster spiritual harmony via the practice of mindful alignment and breath awareness.

Pranayama is considered as an allied practice amongst most Yoga practitioners but is often not given enough importance. The preparations for such a practice is subject to many factors like weather, venue, food and supportive practices. Ignorance of associated shodhana kriyas and asanas impede apt progression in Pranyama.

Our pranayama retreat is a comprehensive 24 days programme for those who are keen to understand about Pranayama and wish to apply the practices in a systematic manner. The 24 days practice culminates with last 3 days of retreat which involves vehement practice done along with mauna (silence) and proper yogic diet prescribed for such practices. The 3-day retreat is held at a remote location away from the hustle and bustle of the city to provide the most conducive environment for pranayama practice.

Sadhana retreats are meant for serious yoga practitioners who are desirous to make yoga as part of their life to know and go beyond life. The participants will undergo intense and advanced yogic practices which will also be complemented by theoretical discussions on traditional yogic texts that underpin the practices.

Unlike the marketed Yoga retreats available the Sadhana Retreat will not be a site-seeing holiday, but a strict morning to evening routine with intense practice sessions.
