12 Years Yoga Sadhana

As individuals progress through various life phases, engaging in innate human behaviors, they encounter a range of diverse emotions. To completely deplete the prarabhda karma, one must engage in consistent practice, maintain strict discipline, and demonstrate unwavering focus. According to esteemed ancient gurus, achieving freedom from conflicting ideas and reducing the influence of these inherent characteristics requires dedicated and disciplined practice of Yoga for a minimum of 12 years.Hatha Vidya Gurukulam offers a 12-year Sadhana program for sincere individuals who are seeking to acquire the ultimate objective of Yoga and reach their maximum capabilities.

The 12 Years Yoga Sadhana Program will involve the following stages:

300 Hrs Yoga Teachers Training – 6 months
500 Hrs Advanced Yoga Teachers Training – 8 months
Master Class – One year
Tantra Sadhana – 3.5 years
Saparya – 6 years

Total duration of the course will be for 12 years; including the 6 years of Saparya under the guidance of the Acharya.

Thapobhoomi

Thapobhoomi, derived from the terms thapas (Penance) and bhoomi (land), is a location where individuals can genuinely achieve an authentic Yoga experience by cultivating mental and physical purity. Yogic techniques can guide individuals to achieve the ultimate state of mental and physical joy.
